CHRISTMAS PARTY & HOGMANAY BOOKINGS TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

  • DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS
    To confirm a booking we require a minimum deposit of £5 per person. This secures the booking and is redeemable against your bill on the day of your event. Deposits can be paid by cash, card or BACS and are non-refundable. We will issue a deposit receipt and invoice if required.
    Full payment for your drinks and meal is payable on the day of the event. 
  • PRE-ORDERS & MENU CHOICES

All bookings are required to provide a full pre-order no later than 7 days prior to the event date, with names of the guests next to food choices and details of any dietary requirements.

We also recommend that you pre-order drinks for your booking to guarantee specific products.

We will send you a pre-order form once your booking is confirmed.

If you have made your booking less than 3 days before the event date or if you have not submitted a pre-order within the time frames set out, we are unable to guarantee your menu choices but will always do our best to accommodate them.

  • CANCELLATIONS
    Sometimes things don’t go to plan, and we understand this. However, if you do need to cancel with us, please let us know as soon as possible. If you have paid a deposit and cancel within less than 3 weeks prior to your event this is non-refundable. Cancellations made within more than 3 weeks from the date of the event will be considered at the discretion of the management (depending on numbers and whether the space can be re-sold) and deposit may be transferred into credit vouchers.
  • NUMBER OF GUESTS

The numbers can be adjusted up to 14 days before the date, after which the deposit will be set against shortfalls. Should your numbers increase, we will ask you to increase your deposit accordingly, however depending on existing bookings on your event date this may not always be possible. We will always do our best to accommodate groups on one single table up to a maximum of 25, however the limitation of the space may mean that this is not always possible.

  • TIME

We ask that you ensure your party arrives close to the allotted time as possible. We cook our food fresh to order and a delay of some of your guests may hold up your party and may interfere with other guests dining experience. If you are running late, please advise us as soon as possible so we can make possible alternative arrangements if required.

  • MENU CHANGES

Our advertised menu and prices are published well in advance; however, we are depending on suppliers and produce availability. Whilst we endeavor to avoid alterations, we reserve the right to make changes at any time before your reservation. Any changes to the published menu will be notified to you.

  • SERVICE CHARGE

A discretionary service charge of 10% will be added to all parties 8 or more at the point of payment
